Welcome to our Captcha application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). Please read the following Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) carefully before using the Service. 2.3 Processing of User Data When using the Service, the User shall not enter any sensitive personal information. We do not collect the User’s personal data, but temporary data related to the Service generated by the User during use will be processed securely.

3.1 Intellectual Property The Service and its related materials (including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, etc.) are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The User acknowledges our ownership and intellectual property rights of the Service.
3.2 Open Source Agreement If any open source software is included in the Service, the User shall comply with the corresponding open source license agreement. We assume no responsibility for the use of open source software.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Applicable Law These Terms shall be subject to the laws of your country/region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the laws of that region.

10. Other Terms
